Mr. Pollard, Fremont’s DECA advisor, said, “We had 29 students compete in 40 different events. We have a fantastic group who have worked very hard to get here.”
DECA stands for Distributive Education Clubs of America and was founded in 1946 for the purpose of gaining experience in business, advertising, and finance.
For high school and college students
DECA is a non-profit, career and technical student organization with more than 177,000 members across the entire US.
